Our varied, low-barrier shelter programs are designed to meet people where they are in their journey and address their unique needs. This includes our Market Street Emergency Congregate Shelter, two culturally-centric Safe Rest Village Shelters - Weidler, Naito, the Multnomah Safe Rest Village, and our Rockwood Bridge Motel Shelter.
